Founder Mark Powell was a Realtor and a Team Manager since 2019, and for 5 years he served missions of 18 countries with free mission housing before starting Outreach Realty in 2024.
We choose our participating Realtors for their experience, training and the caring way they serve their buyers and sellers. It’s all about partnering with the industry’s best Realtors to give buyers and sellers the realty experience they deserve, while helping the disaster relief organizations get the support they need.

Outreach Realty is an independent charitable Realtor referral organization and not legally associated with the disaster relief organizations that it donates. Participating buyers and sellers are not real estate clients of Outreach Realty and Outreach Realty or it’s staff, owners, board members or employees has and holds no representation for parties or participation in real estate transactions or in the buying and selling process. But, participating realty brokers and their Realtors represent buyers and sellers and pay voluntary referral fees towards costs of donations made to disaster relief organizations by Outreach Realty.
Outreach Realty donates 75% of all referral commissions directly to the disaster relief organization the buyer or seller chooses. Donations are made through real estate transactions through a referral agreement with a participating Realtor and Outreach Realty is not obligated to donate outside outside of the Realtor Agreement.
